Terms of Service

1. Services

EXARLO provides web development, design, and digital engineering services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are agreed upon between EXARLO and the client before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined on a per-project basis and agreed upon before commencement of work. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all deliverables including source code, design assets, and documentation. EXARLO retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining hosting, domain, and third-party service subscriptions post-delivery

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

EXARLO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
